“No matter how many times she is forbidden, quelled, diluted, touted as unsafe, dangerous, mad, she rises upward in women such that even the most restrained woman keeps a secret place for wildwoman that is lush and wild and natural.”
~ Clarissa Pinkola Estes
If you’re like me, you grew up in a hyper masculine world. You were taught to repress all untamed aspects of yourself. You were shown that it was not safe to shine too brightly. You were shown that life and work should be hard. As a woman, you were taught to be nice, to stay small and keep quiet.
Three years ago, my days were woven with responsibilities and duties that seemed endless. As a mother of three small children and the CEO of my business, I was depleted, exhausted and completely run down. I was driven by a sense of pressure that there was never enough time to get everything done. I loved my work though, and for a while, channeling my creative energy into my business was my version of self-care. It was the me-time to express myself. But soon enough, I found myself lacking inspiration, content-creation felt like another chore and all the mental stimulation required to take actions to grow and scale my business left my inner well dry as I struggled to switch back into mom and wife roles when work hours were over. I hustled, putting in more hours on the clock in hopes things would change for the better, but they didn’t.
That’s when I realized that I had long ago neglected my body. My beautiful sacred temple—the vehicle I was gifted with to channel all the ideas and nudges that came to me to create my dreams, was abandoned in favor of a life and business running on the fumes of the exalted masculine.
It wasn’t my fault. I was trained to value productivity over rest and that as a woman it was virtuous to put others’ needs first. In work, it was modeled for me from an early age that I could earn my worth in the number of hours I put in… But as I began to propose in my own messaging that in order for patriarchal systems to be dismantled, our leadership as women also had to shift, I began to uncover the hard truth that I had still been operating within the styles of the old.
Reclaiming my connection to my body became a priority. I let go of my business as I knew it, letting it burn to the ground and focused on feeding my Feminine, giving my pleasure-starved body the attention she deserved.
I knew that it was time to live and lead in an entirely different way if I were to truly walk my talk as a thought-leader, mentor and mother.
Today my life and business look radically different. I was able to create true success and transformation in a very short period of time by activating my inner Wild Woman archetype, which primarily teaches us how to to let go and RECEIVE.
I know how to ask for what I need now. I am able to say NO when it’s my truth. I am able to integrate rather than suppress my shadow self. I consistently work to embody my emotions so they move through me and free up space to be creative. Pleasure is a priority now—from the simple to the decadent. And it is from this juicy, filled-up space that I get to pour my energy into my life. All with so much more ease, energy, authenticity, and yes—power.
I am a woman who knows the value of her Goddess-given gifts as well as the value of my time.
I am a woman who knows that when I am in partnership with the Feminine—my body, my womb—work becomes effortless and divinely inspired at every turn.
I am a woman filled with joy and radiance because I know how to give myself what I need in order to show up as the very best version of myself in all that I do.
Activating the Wild Feminine has served to create magic and miracles in my life and business.
This is what I deeply want for you too.

When we begin to consciously reinstate our relationship with the Feminine, working with Her to co-create our BigVision, we become increasingly unstoppable. As we follow pleasure, as we get stronger with our boundaries and as we dedicate intentional time to self-devotion, we begin to open the portal to the guidance and wisdom that every woman needs to feel truly joyful, fulfilled and successful.
